At Minor Demons, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Items purchased from Minor Demons may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, and unworn.

To initiate a return, please contact Minor Demons within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Once Minor Demons receives and inspects your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

Minor Demons accepts exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, Minor Demons can help arrange a return instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact Minor Demons as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns/exchanges. In the event that the item(s) arrives damaged, defective or the customer receives an incorrect item due to our error, Minor Demons will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
